Corundum ceramics: generally have extremely high hardness, good wear resistance and chemical stability, and high insulation, high melting point. In the pump industry, it is mainly used for ceramic pumps and mechanical seal rings under special working conditions. In addition to hydrofluoric acid and some other substances containing fluorine and hot or concentrated lye, ceramics can withstand almost all corrosive media, including hot concentrated nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, aqua Regis, salt solutions, organic solvents and so on.
Ferrite permanent magnet material: compared with metal permanent magnet material, it has the advantages of high coercivity, high insulation, good resistance to external magnetic field interference, and low price, and can be used as magnetic steel inside and outside the rotor of magnetic pump. Silicon nitride ceramics: thermal shock resistance is better than alumina ceramics, and other properties are basically the same as alumina ceramics.
Rare earth cobalt permanent magnet material: has excellent geomagnetic properties, especially coercive force and magnetic energy product is the highest in the existing permanent magnet material, very suitable for magnetic pump on the ground permanent magnet, but because this kind of material is expensive and not widely used.
